  • Learn the entire chocolate making process, starting with the cocoa tree in the mexican jungle
  • Prepare 3 traditional chocolate drinks
  • Make your own flavored ganache (plain, vanilla, tequila, peanut,...) and chocolate truffles

  • Discover the whole chocolate making process, including roasting and grinding the cacao beans
  • You will learn to temper chocolate on a marble
  • You can eat the chocolates right away or take them back to your family or friends
