Bean to Bar Workshop

In this 2h hands-on workshop, you’ll do all the handcraft cacao process, you’ll experience what the Maya offered to the gods, and you will go on through the history, with the Conquistadores and the industrial revolution. At the end, you’ll take home the chocolates that you’ll have made with a selection of over a dozen toppings.

  • Learning all the chocolate making process, starting from the cacao tree in the jungle
  • Learning the origin of chocolate, and its history
  • Making your own chocolates with milk or dark chocolate and more than a dozen different flavorings

  • The actual workshop lasts 2 hours and your chocolates are ready to be picked up an hour later
